1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptFlow ("Service"), operated by us ("we," "us," or "PromptFlow"). By accessing the website, creating an account where applicable, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
PromptFlow provides a curated library of text-based prompts intended for use with artificial intelligence tools. The Service is delivered digitally. We may update, add, or remove prompts or features from time to time to improve quality, compliance, or operations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Service. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Purchases, Payment, and Third-Party Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy or as shown at checkout). You agree to their terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All fees are stated in the currency and amount shown at checkout unless otherwise indicated.
5. License and "Lifetime" Access
Upon successful payment (or valid redemption of an authorized promotional or access code), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Pro prompt library for your personal or internal business purposes, without right to resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the prompts as a standalone product or dataset.
Lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to operate the Service and make the Pro library available. It does not obligate us to maintain any specific prompt indefinitely. If we discontinue the Service, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales of digital access are final. Because the Service consists of immediately accessible digital content, you acknowledge that performance begins upon delivery of access and that you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not offer refunds except where required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
We encourage you to review the free content available before purchase to assess whether the Service meets your needs.
7. Promotional and Access Codes
Promotional, referral, or redemption codes may be offered at our discretion. Codes may be single-use, time-limited, or subject to abuse-prevention measures. We may suspend or revoke access obtained through fraud, resale, or misuse of codes.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract prompts to compete with or replicate the Service;
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, licensing, or payment mechanisms;
- Use outputs in a way that generates unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
9. AI Outputs and Disclaimer
Prompts are tools to guide AI systems; we do not control third-party AI providers. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use AI outputs, including compliance with law, contracts, and platform rules. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its branding, layout, and prompt compilation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are granted to you. You may not remove notices or claim ownership of our materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your AI-generated content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence as we may designate in a future version, or otherwise as required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
